Norm Auvil returned to Parkview VFD’s Station 218 to present the second of a series of “Back to Basics”training,“Water and Foam”on Wednesday May 25,2011.  Personnel from Parkview VFD/EMS and Pleasant Valley VFD spent 3 hours covering the basics of Class A and Class B uses and application.
